This 7th floor end unit at Sanibel in Gulf Shores, AL is a spacious 3-bedroom and 3-bath unit (sleeps 6). The large porch offers a magnificent view of The Gulf of Mexico. Little Lagoon is located to your north; a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and flat screen TV. The guest room has a queen bed and a private bath, and TV. The third bedroom features a double bed, and a private bath.

There is a large sectional sofa in the living room if space needed for younger guests. This unit is fully equipped with everything needed for a great visit.

Enjoy fishing, sunsets and crabbing off the small pier. Fitness room on site, large outdoor pool, and a great kiddie pool. Check out the Lagoon.

Sanibel is located across the street from the beach with easy access. It's right in the middle of all the Gulf Shores activities. There are restaurants, bars, live entertainment, amusement parks and water parks, all within 5 minutes.

Come and enjoy all that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area has to offer.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).

LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION. Parking Passes are purchased upon arrival at the condo association office (2nd floor). Parking Passes must be displayed on driver's dash.

No pets allowed.

All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the discounted monthly rate.
