You'll be pleasantly surprised by the number of attractions nearby, such as the Gulf State Park Pier, where you can stroll along the boardwalk with your family and get a couple of pictures in for some wonderful memories. Feel free to check out the beaches on the sandy shores and splash in the water a bit or read a good book under the shade of an umbrella against the backdrop of the breathtaking glistening ocean. Your vacation home includes a private boat launch and a boat slip, so feel free to bring your own boat. With so many bodies of water at your beck and call, a mellow ride on the waves is always within reach. There are plenty of opportunities for some games of golf at the many courses available at your fingertips, such as the Craft Farms Golf Club, or spend a fun-filled day out with friends at The Track, an amusement park with all the roller coasters and bumper car rides you could ask for.

Walk in through the front door and take in the sea-inspired décor, turquoise pillows lining the comfortable furnishings in the living area. Step out onto the balcony and bear witness to the bay with a cup of morning coffee or embark on an early boating expedition to start your day off right. You'll have your own private washer/dryer to wash away the day's dirt, and a kitchen for you to whip up a delicious meal for you and your guests. Simmer down in the on-site hot tub, or take a nice swim in the pool. There's something for everyone here on the Gulf Shores!

The property is located on the scenic and serene Fort Morgan Peninsula, three miles east of Fort Morgan State Historic Site and the ferry to Dauphin Island. In the other direction, the center of Gulf Shores is only 18 miles east, where you'll find great restaurants, ice cream parlors, all sorts of conveniences, and attractions that include Waterville USA, and Gulf State Park.

This vacation rental has direct beach access. It is located on the corner of 3 Mile Rd and Ponce De Leon Ct. directly across the street from Navy Cove Harbor.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: Boat slip #64 available for guest use. There is a private launch available and boat trailers are allowed outside the gated entrance in grassy area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
