Winter Getaway: Reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum 60-day stay. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
