What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

Overall, a good place to stay
Our only complaint would be the amount of sand in the room. It was noticeable as soon as we arrived. Despite vacuuming everyday, there was always sand throughout the condo. We’ve stayed at numerous condos in Gulf Shores before and never had this problem. I believe rugs placed throughout the property would help minimize the amount of sand. Maybe a new vacuum cleaner would be beneficial as well. The only other issue was by midweek we noticed that the washer/dryer was putting black marks on our clothes. I believe it was the dryer because I noticed a gasket that had failed.

Location was great, but disappointing
The location was great, but it was not very clean. There was black mold above the second shower. The living room furniture just looked and felt very dingy. The washer or dryer left burn marks on a few of our lighter clothing items. The space was just much smaller than it appeared in pictures for 5 people over the age of 17. The one bed was not made. It just lacked the details - shelf paper was not stuck down and kept moving. Extra blanket for the mastered bedroom was shoved in the closet. The location was great. The balcony view was perfect. The chair rentals were perfect. Pool was clean.

Just a few hours of cleaning to perfection!
The property had a spectacular view of the gulf, going to sleep listening to the waves! Furniture and bedding was lovely. It could be an easy 5 if the cleaners just cleaned baseboards, sink caulk, and kitchen cabinets which were sticky.

Updates needed and communication needs to be better
After we were able to check in, my best friend was stuck in the bedroom with bunk beds because the door know refused to work. After I finally got it open, I tried it from the inside. It did the same with me. The bottom bunk was very uncomfortable and when she was finally able to fall asleep, the bottom bunk was so noisy that every time my friend turned over, she woke up. The television in the Master BR did not work. The TV in the living room quit working after the first day. There were no paperwork to show procedures for check out. There were no instructions as to how to acess the pool or beach. Update would come a long way in making this a great place. The view was spectacular.

Great location!!
Loved the location of the condo! The beach views were spectacular!! The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. The second bathroom and bath was smaller and the bed itself was squeaky. Living, dining, and kitchen area were all comfortable. My only “complaint” was in relation to the television remotes - the owners should leave directions on how to use. And a keypad entry would make it much simpler. We often needed two people to securely lock the door when leaving. Overall, lovely place! I would consider returning!

Just as described! This property was perfect for my family of four.
Loved this property and the location. It’s just as described in the photos. We were just minutes away from everything. Fantastic view of the beach which is “right outside of the door”. Security was on site as well

Good property, but needs some attention
We enjoyed the property itself and thought the location was terrific. Unfortunately, the unit was just OK as it lacked many conveniences we've grown accustom to at other local beach condo's. First off, 2/3 (living room and bunk room) TVs were not usable due to the remote controllers being broken. Unfortunately, new batteries did not fix these issues. The kitchen needs better pots and pans, cutlery, spatula's/ accessories etc, proper soap, a sponge etc. You provided the cheapest dollar store paper towels, dish soap and enough powder for one cycle in the dishwasher. We went to the store and bought everything we needed, but after so many stays in Orange Beach, this unit ranked the lowest in terms of providing kitchen accessories and sundries that were actually usable. We understand we stayed during a Holiday, but for over $3200 for a week for a 2 bedroom unit, we expected more. This unit has a TON of potential, so please assess and upgrade your kitchen items, consider a new fridge with an ice maker and make sure your TV remote control issues are fixed for future renters. Would not rent again.

Great Stay!
Overall we had a great stay at this property. Perfect location with great views and beach accessibility. Room set-up was great for families and check-in/out was a breeze. The only slight inconveniences were multiple lightbulbs that were burnt out (with no replacements accessible) and the washer overflowing our last night, but the property manager was very quick to return our call and assist. Would definitely come again!
