Great place
Great place to stay and so much bigger than we imagined. Bathroom in master bedroom needed updated not very safe if you have problems climbing in bathtub and needs some kind of hand rail. I’m move around pretty good but didn’t feel safe climbing out so an older person could have issues. Mold on grout in other bathroom should be cleaned no reason for that now a days. But the whole house is wonderful and comfortable. Loved the view and location! We didn’t use the dishwasher because the dishes were not put up and there were lots of Christmas green needles off of a wreath or tree all over the floor but that’s just our stay but I did get those up. I do believe in cleaning when staying in someone’s home. Just book the house the and enjoy your stay! We loved it

Great space and awesome location
We were there for a family wedding at The White Barn in Saucier, MS. It was close enough that the grooms mom and dad could go back and forth to the venue as needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and neat gadgets if you were doing any cooking. There were 9 of us, 7 adults (including our 81 year old mother) and 2 children (5 & 8 yrs old). There are stairs involved but the stairs in the middle are much easier to handle in my opinion. The view from the front porch is nice. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fun and memorable trip!

Perfect home away from home!
We used this spot for a family/girls' weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and tidy. There is lots of space and there were plenty of little extras to use for cooking and getting clean. We even had a night in using the games they have stocked up for guests. All around wonderful experience!

All About the View!
The property was better in person! It was clean and had lots of extras (beach towels, toys, games, etc) for our convenience. The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking. I loved the decor and the communication with the owner. We will definitely be booking again!

This was by far the best experience we’ve had with a rental! This home is so beautiful and accurately described. There was more than enough space for my family of 10 and quite cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (and more), aside from a larger pot to cook with but we made it work just fine. Our only downfall had to do with the beach itself being over ran with jellyfish but diminished each day and no waves for the kids to enjoy their boogie boards but that was poor planning and research on our part. We absolutely recommend this home and if we ever decide to come back it’ll be our first choice!!

Beautiful spacious home and property! Host was very friendly and answered very quickly. We accidentally turned the water off to the house and Terri was quick to respond and get us going again. Everyone took advantage of the big open space under the house. Kids lffoved catching lizard and frogs.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL. The home is amazing. It made me and my family feel like at home. This was our first vacation with the grandkids. They love the game room upstairs. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owners provided so many convenient things for our stay along with books of things to see and do. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Beach views from the living room, master bedroom and porch. Owners always respond within 20 minutes of an email. 2nd year staying at Coastal Jazz. We plan to return next year. Highly recommended!
