"Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience. Careless and non responsive team. We were stuck at Gulmarg hotel for 2 hours with very less network connectivity and no one from the team responded. We booked the hotel at Gulmarg on 20th July and got the confirmation as well. But when we reached ,the hotel had no booking and we were standing at the reception for 50 mins and the hotel couldn’t find the booking and was fully booked. The hotels.com team did not help at all.
