Find a Great Motel Gulmarrad

"A beautiful hotel on the river offering DELICIOUS pub meals. The view was absolutely beautiful from our river front dining. Though the room was just that, small and a single room, it was perfect for our stop over. The bathrooms.... Now I expected small, dirty, dingey, water barely dripping shared bathrooms, but boy was I wrong! They were sparkling clean, the water pressure was PERFECT, just like a rain shower and the stalls were decently sized with plenty of room to get changed in a dry space afterwards. Can definitely say that if we are doing another trip, this will be on the list again! "

"We had a wonderful stay in a lovely one bed garden apartment. Well equipped and clean, with a comfy bed, plentiful hot water and a good shower. The grounds and pool are spotless. The property manager is the best we've experienced in our mulitple visits to Australia. We were greeted, out of hours, with a welcoming smile, nothing was too much trouble. The couple of minor issues we had in the apartment were quickly dealt with. Location is good, steps from a patrolled beach that is perfect for families. We'll definitely be recommending The Cove to family and friends in QLD and would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The property is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday. The house had everything we needed as well as being super doggy friendly with a good sized secure yard. Iluka is also a lovely friendly beachside town with a great dog beach and the house has really easy access to the river beaches as well (which our dogs loved even more than the beach!)."
