"This property was amazing for our children, offering plenty of entertainment, including pétanque, pinball machine, trampoline, swings, playhouse, basketball, swimming pool and table tennis. The children were in their element. The view was incredible and the location perfect for days out and popping to the boulangerie in Meyssac, which was lovely. Collonges la Rouge was such a gorgeous village and only 10minutes away. The only reason we have marked this down is due to the black mould encountered...

"The house is perfectly situated not far from Argentat sur Dordogne, in very easy walking distance and so we were able to enjoy the benefits of the town without having to drive. The house is lovely and the pool is amazing. It was very hot in the first week we were there so struggled a little with the heat at night but in the second week it cooled down so was much more comfortable. The main room seemed much larger than in the photos so that was good. The photos don’t really do the place justice as...

Il faut beaucoup marcher (exemple: visite de jolis villages, les gouffres) et quand on a des difficultés à le faire, ce n'est pas pratique. Fantastic property for kids and local activities/villages

"This property was amazing for our children, offering plenty of entertainment, including pétanque, pinball machine, trampoline, swings, playhouse, basketball, swimming pool and table tennis. The children were in their element. The view was incredible and the location perfect for days out and popping to the boulangerie in Meyssac, which was lovely. Collonges la Rouge was such a gorgeous village and only 10minutes away. The only reason we have marked this down is due to the black mould encountered in one of the bedrooms. This was a problem for us with several family members suffering with respiratory concerns. We did let Jerome and Samuel know and they dealt with it promptly. The house was otherwise very clean. Another point of note is that there are only 2 toilets despite the 3 bathrooms. One toilet upstairs separate to the shower rooms and the other under the stairs downstairs. In our view another one is needed when you are catering to large groups as taller members (6’5”) of our group couldn’t use the one downstairs. "

Great house and location

"The house is perfectly situated not far from Argentat sur Dordogne, in very easy walking distance and so we were able to enjoy the benefits of the town without having to drive. The house is lovely and the pool is amazing. It was very hot in the first week we were there so struggled a little with the heat at night but in the second week it cooled down so was much more comfortable. The main room seemed much larger than in the photos so that was good. The photos don’t really do the place justice as the bedrooms have more furniture than you can see in them and are nicer than the photos. Serge, Valarie and family met us on arrival for check in and showed us how everything worked. They are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we had a great two weeks. Thanks."
