The property has potential but is definitely in a state of decline. I arrived just on dark and my key was left in the key box outside the office, there was absolutely zero outside lighting anywhere (obviously cost to much to run) so I used my ute headlights to see. On the booking it says there is a laundry this is not the case, all the equipment was stacked out on the lawn. The room was dirty and the quilt on the bed was soiled. Pretty ordinary, definitely would not stay again.

Magnificent views if you are lucky enough to get one of the rooms with large windows overlooking the hills. Couch could be more comfortable to sit and watch tv. Overall a great property for the price.
