Great spot especially with a pet
"We loved our overnight stay. Great to have a large yard to run the legs off our dog. Not too far off the Hume Hwy (7 min) as we travel north. We will definitely stay again."

The history of the town is very interesting. The streetscape of the Main Street is well kept. The Criterion hotel for a meal was lovely.

A pleasant town in a typical rural environment currently being ravaged by a severe drought. A number of historical aspects-the Dog on the Tuckerbox is an example.
