"The negatives: The floors were dirty, our feet were basically black when walking around. Underneath the beds had rubbish and items leftover from previous guests. The lock on the front screen door wouldn’t work. The microwave didn’t work either. The positives: beds was very comfy. Heaps of blankets, plenty of towels. The fridge and kitchen was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided us with some dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets as requested. And when we asked for a later check out, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to stay an extra hour till 12. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It was very close to coles and a service station. "

"An overnight stay whilst on business in Muswellbrook, I usually stay in another Motel close by but I will be re-booking this Motel for all future trips to the region, the staff we very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent."
