"This hotel has the most friendly staff I've ever experienced! We had a wonderful time, despite an electricity cut due to heavy snow! The only downfall was heating issues with the pool/jacuzzi meant we didn't take advantage of those facilities."

"Beautiful grounds with amazing views. Lovely facilities which were clean - the gym and pool were both really clean and well equipped and maintained.
