Get away trip
Had issues with the lock. Could not get it to work properly upon arrival. Put call in to manager and they came right away and had to replace battery. Then when leaving could not input code to indicate we had vacated the property. Had to call and let them know we were leaving. The property was as indicated on the web site and was very comfortable. Our family enjoyed it.

Nice place to spend a few days in the heart of the Colorado wilderness. Very comfortable place for my wife and I with 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths, with patio, porch and backyard. Close to everything in Gunnison and 30 minutes to Crested Butte. Quite & private location.

Lovely property in convenient location
The house was very comfortable, clean, and well supported by the property manager. A relaxing stay close to amenities and easy to get to surrounding places of interest. Lots of room for 4 adults. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Convenient and cozy
The house was conveniently located, not too far from the Main Street and quiet enough to relax. Master bed is super comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of dishes and cookware but lacked a coffee pot. Bring your own seasonings for cooking. We were warned before hand the dishwasher was broke and they were working on getting it replaced. There were not many towels but they have a washer and dryer avail for use, which comes in handy for long stays. Overall, we were comfortable and the house was perfect for our stay in Gunnison.

We had a great time. Our family of 6 had plenty of room, hot water. We couldnt believe how much snow there was, and the mountains surrounding were awesome!! We went to the sledding hill at the college several times.

Place was perfect for our needs. Great location to town for supplies.
Very nice I have already told a friend that comes to Gunnison 3 times a year to visit about this property. They normally stay in a hotel and were very interested and will probably be contacting you with dates. We might be back next Sept and this property would definitely be our 1st choice. The neighbors with kids and dog were very quiet. Even when having a Saturday evening cookout. No one was loud at least that we could hear. They kept the dog quiet too. Very conscientious neighbors. Everything worked perfect. Only 1 thing we did do was go to WALMART and buy a cooler for sandwiches, snacks, and drinks our day trips to Crested Butte, Black Canyon NP and MTBing just out ta town . I would have left them my nice cooler but we had another day on Leadville and used it. Sorry. Thank you for lettting us use your home. Tom and Sara

Quiet Neighborhood
Our family enjoyed staying at this home. It was a quiet neighborhood and home was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was in a location close to shopping and things to do. It had a nice front porch and stream running next to us. We even had two deer across the street one evening. We would definitely stay here again Very comfortable.
