"This hotel is located at the town center and is very convenient for everything. The staffs are very friendly. I appreciate the receptionist introducing me the idea of biking in the Wachau valley. I rented a bike from the hotel for 20e/day and had a good time riding to Splitz and return (for about 5 hours). The hotel also provided me a helmet for free. I want to thank the hotel and to recommend visitors to consider this activity. "

"Charming and unique stay. We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed it. There’s not much happening in the town and the day we arrived the restaurant was closed. "Very nice room, modern and clean. The rooms are in the very center of town. I texted the responsible via WhatsApp for a question and got a very helpful response very quickly. Only comment would be that there was no tablet in the shower for soap and shampoo, and none provided by the hotel. But not a big enough thing to remove a star. Thank you very much"

Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. "If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."

In 5-10 min zu Fuß kommt man zu einem großen Spielplatz, in ca 15 min zu Fuß an einen Badesee mit Imbiss. Hervorragend gegessen mit sehr kinderfreundlichen Wirtsleuten haben wir im Nachbarort beim „Gasthof Böhm“."

"We stayed here for a few nights recently and whilst the cottage itself was nice, the furnishings were below par and, the kitchen did not have many things we have experienced in cottages across Austria. "House is absolute lovely, even better than the pictures. The hosts were so thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed before and during the trip. The house is very generously stocked with essentials and grocery items, it really does feel a home from home. "We loved our 3-night stay in this charming historic hotel! We had a suite perfect for our family of four, a welcome respite after a long flight from the United States. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Be sure to take advantage of the bike rentals to ride along the path by the river, incredible views!
