"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"Die Wohnung war tipptopp. Und die Gastgeber super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist eigentlich genial aber gerade ist auf der Straße eine Baustelle. Können die beiden Gastgeber nichts für und ist ja auch zeitnah erledigt. Denn sonst hast du fußläufig alles was du brauchst von essen über einkaufen und spazieren gehen. Und mit dem Auto bist du ruckzuck in den schönsten Gegenden (Teufelsschlucht, Müllerthal und Co). Sehr empfehlenswert!"

We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."
