The complaint is largely for the front desk staff. They were highly unwelcoming and had incorrect information of booking. Food was excellent and rooms were decent

On the upside, the spa was excellent. The food was very good. Room service and laundry were prompt.
On the down side, staff were disorganized and not well trained. We had many problems conveying our needs with the room reservation. Operations were inefficient. Importantly, smoking was rampant and there was sewer smell in our room. Would not stay again.

There were mosquitoes in the room.
The policy gives only one key card for the room. So if I have to go to the gym at a different time than my wife I cannot. Since it requires the key card to use the elevator and the gym.
The breakfast did not have the regular drip coffee. What they gave us as Americano was a machine made coffee and that sucks.
