"The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, you at right in the center of old Haarlem. Plenty of good restaurants, pubs and cafes within 2 minutes walk. The only downside to this Hotel is that it desperately needs renewing the carpeting throughout, hallways and rooms. Also, there is no Air Conditioning, but the rooms are kept cool and have fans. I’m not sure about visiting in the summer time. "
