"This large river home is full of character and has everything you need in kitchen and laundry room. Location is wonderful, beautiful yard, private beach and canoe. Only complaints are the spa was out of order and it was a big reason we picked this property. Also the pull out sofa which is included as a bed for 2 was very old and had thin mattress so no one slept on it. Luckily we brought an air mattress. The bathroom upstairs only has a tub, toilet and sink, no shower. "

"The house was perfect for our family weekend get-away. The rug in the dining area needs to be tacked down, since it's a tripping hazard. We didn't spend much time in the game room, since we were out enjoying the wineries each day. Plus, it was raining the day we arrived and you need to go outside to access the game room. Would definitely come back again in warmer weather. "

"The property was neat and clean and exactly what we needed for our stay in the Russian River Valley. We especially like the fact that there was tea and coffee available for the making. Beds were very comfortable. However, the shower is a little wonky. Definitely not great if you’re a tall person. And the property was a little difficult to find. Especially because the entrance is on the back of the condo. But overall, we are very pleased with our stay thank you so much for making it enjoyable!"

"Very responsive host. We had a housekeeping misstep and he was there in a heartbeat fixing it! Property is a secluded cabin atmosphere in a neighborhood. No AC, which is the norm for NorCal but a bit too hot for me (I keep my house at 64 year round and 55 at night so…). Nice outdoor seating and fire pit."
