"This property is in a nice quiet area, but not too far from anywhere. The apartment is very welcoming, and perfect for a large family or group of friends. I'm not sure if it was mentioned the main room has an ensuite, so ample facilities. Only minor negative is they key lockbox was right on the floor. Anyone not flexible may suffer a bit. "

"The best of both worlds, a modern hotel conveniently located in Edinburgh’s Old Town. Very walkable to major attractions. We had an air conditioned castle view room (not all rooms are air-conditioned!) with a great view, but on the weekend the Grassmarket area is really hopping until the small hours, so it can be pretty loud. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, amenities are good however the restaurant was closed for part of our stay so can’t comment on that. If you are driving, there is very limited parking behind the hotel through an alleyway, we were fortunate to get a spot. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Edinburgh. Good value for money and excellent location."
