She answered the phone, it was a co-worker & had a personal conversation while I stood there waiting. Room was average, mattress needed to be replaced with one side having zero support.

The room was huge! This was totally unexpected 😲. The whirlpool tub was beautiful. There were some small things with the room that could have been done better (dust bunnies, sink drained slow and the plumbing in the bathroom was really loud). We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time.

I have booked many times with Expedia and on this trip, we stayed at two Comfort Inns with similar experiences. In both cases the stay was rude and very unhelpful. In future we will steer clear of the chain.
