You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. "In my initial room multiple things didnt work. staff were responsive but it was taking awhile to get it fixed with doubts about whether everything could be repaired. "This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...

"This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second."

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. "The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "
