Golfers can tee up at Southern Dunes Golf Club, and grab a cold drink and a bite to eat at the club’s restaurant. Conveniently located near Disney theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Legoland, and SeaWorld.
Beach lovers are less than 90 mins from several beaches (including Cocoa beach, Fort De Soto, and Clearwater). Haines City Park is a short driving distance with an extensive playground area, picnic tables, concert pavilion and public restrooms.

The pool is a perfect place to unwind.. Relax poolside in the screened patio with beautiful golf course views and an outdoor flat screen TV. Enjoy a swim in the south-facing pool (pool heat is available for an additional fee).

Located in a gated community with 24-hour security. Conveniently located just outside the gated community are several grocery stores and Walmart. Dine-in or take-out with so many wide-range of local eateries and restaurants.

Kid-friendly house with kids bedroom (Disney-themed decor, kids toys, two twin beds, bed railing, and Pack’n’Play), kids plates, cups, utensils, step stool and high chair.
All new appliances including a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator with Hydroviv water filtration system for great tasting and safe drinking water. Fully supplied kitchen with a blender, toaster, crock pot, and wide range of pan sizes available.
A coffee and tea bar is available in the breakfast nook, which includes a dual coffee maker and electric tea pot. Recently updated furnishings in both the living room and pool patio. Plenty of seating available for dining including a dining room table (seats 6), breakfast nook (seats 4), countertop bar (seats 2) Pool patio hosts plenty of poolside seating, including lounge chairs, and dining nook (seats 4).

Master Bedroom–Queen bed with walk-in closet. Full bath with convenient pool deck access.
2nd bedroom–Queen bed with attached full bath.
3rd bedroom–Queen bed with mobile desk.

*Please note that while the villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries are the responsibility of the guest. For your arrival we will provide a trash bag in every trash can, a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bathroom. If you have any questions about any other specific items being in the home, please ask!*

Please Read Before Booking This Property:
Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted in the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

PET POLICY: **This property is NOT a pet friendly home. Please Note.....If we find an unauthorized pet in the home or evidence of a pet, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and there will be a non-refundable charge of $500.00 applied to your reservation.

Pool Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $25 per day, plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. Once the pool heater is turned on, it can take up to 2 days for the water to reach the set temperature of 86 degrees. This could vary depending on the weather, as the colder it is outside the longer it will take for the water to warm up. Rain can also affect the water temperature and the time it takes for the water to warm up. The pool heater runs on a timer with the pool pump; it will run from 9am to 6pm. Even at maximum temperature, the pool will not feel like warm bath water. There are no refunds for pool heat due to weather.
