Decent hotel for anyone who needs a peaceful rest!

Location a little hard to find as we drove. Surrounding was peaceful & quiet but problem was the area became extremely dark and quiet at night with hardly any shops open for dinner. For those which are open, the dining place is small with few seats which meant certain waiting time is required. Nearest convenient store is 5mins drive away from hotel.

とてもいいホテルです。子連れ歓迎

小さい子供と2人で泊まりました。 キッズルームもあり、子供連れに優しいホテルです。 また行きたいです。 ただ、駐車場からエントランスまで階段なのがマイナス点ですが、ホテルの方がすぐに気づいてくださり、荷物を運んでくださりました。 また泊まりたいホテルです。 有難うございました。

早餐好吃 交通不便

飯店位於箱根登山鐵道的中強羅站，飯店位於斜坡上，如果是自行拖行李來的話，會非常的不方便。 末班交通工具在晚上七點左右，如果要在強羅車站附近用餐的話，要抓好時間不然就得用走路回飯店。 飯店的早餐好吃、種類多樣。

Les prestatations de l hotel ne corresondent pas aux prix. En effet, service moyen car par moment, aucun interlocuteur ne parle anglais. Prestations chers telles que les jeux dans l'hotel et 1000 yen par personne pour aller boir un verre à une table (à ajotuer le prix des consommations) Servie de navettes pour aller à la gare mais une par heure et qu'à partir de 9h30 (et je crois que les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés) Futons pour dormir inconfortables

本館ツインルーム一泊で利用させていただきました。サイト上、5名まで宿泊可能とのことですが、大人5名は難しいです。私たちも大人2、子ども2で一部屋お願いしましたが、基本は2人部屋と思われた方が良いと思います。次回予約するとしたら、2部屋にします。ちなみに今回は朝食飲みの予約でしたので、お夕飯は外に食べに行きましたが、湯本周辺ですごく美味しいお店を見つけ大満足でした。ホテルの朝食はバイキングではなく、個別に用意してもらえ、あわてずゆったり食べられます。お風呂も毎回新しいタオルを用意してもらえて嬉しかったです。スタッフの方のサービスが行き届いています。

Perfect for relaxation

Had a great comfortable stay. The new annex was updated and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with Japanese and western selections. The onsen was a bit small, but not crowded if you go during the week.
