Really excellent hotel.it starts with checkin...friendly , efficient, informative. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was spotless and again well equipped. The shower was the best I've had anywhere in the world. Would love to install mechanism at home. Breakfast in a magnificent room and the food to match. A wonderful stay.

Great hotel with friendly staff who helped with travel arrangements the following day.
Clean rooms with everything you need, tea and coffee making facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect location to bars, cafe's and restaurants right behind the hotel with tram stops across the road if you wished to venture around.

Breakfast was excellent with helpful staff.
Room on fourth floor electric blinds not working. Moved to smaller room with manual curtains that obviously worked, No kettle but tea and coffee laid on, but useless without kettle!
