"Very nice cottage, nice beach and deck. Inside is clean and modern. Location between Tawas and Oscoda was perfect for us. Fully equipped and furnished! The outside could use some cleanup that didn’t affect our stay in anyway. The gutters were filling up with growth. Deck could be stained. But, again, nothing that affected our visit. Cottages 1 and 2 face the street, 3 and 4 face the lake. All cottages are in one building like apartments. Good sound proofing, we could not hear the other...

"It’s pretty good cabin. The traffic was pretty noisy, but we made the best of it. Maybe some new windows on the cabin. They were hard to open and lock. I know this you probably can’t get a public beach access. Overall, it was a cute cabin and very nice. It’s was fun."

"Everything was wonderful. Just one pretty minor complaint: the CD player was weird to operate and only one speaker worked. We had a great time. We visited Tuttle Marsh and the River Road on the Au Sable River on our way out, and climbed the lighthouse and hiked all around the edge of the peninsula. The fall colors were at peak for a good portion of our trip up. Thanks very much for making our 40th anniversary a great experience."

"Cabin was nice clean and comfortable for us and our two dogs. The view from the private dock there is an amazing was amazing. Just one thing for those who have dogs who love the water like ours. There is no access to the water on the property, however, the state park is two miles away and there is an amazing dog beach there!"

"When we arrived we had to text to obtain the code which took a while, we found the sliding door was unlocked before the code was sent. When you flushed the toilet a gurgling sound came out of the kitchen sink and it smelled like sewer. Kitchen sink took forever to drain, many windows without screens and the sliding door did not lock nor did it have a screen. Location is good overall comfort was good but the place certainly needs upgrades."
