This is my second time staying at the Paradox... and booked this stay based on the exceptional experience I had the first time. I had mentioned after my last trip that one item that would be nice to have in the room, was a luggage stand. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was, to find a luggage stand in the room this time! The front desk staff were once again incredibly warm and welcoming; and even with a sold out property, there were kind enough to offer an extra 30 minute extension on the checkout time, when we discovered our flight was delayed. The turndown service is such a nice touch and the property is stunning!
