"The pull out couch my son had to sleep on was barely a mattress with springs very close to the surface "

"Very clean space. Friendly staff. Free wifi. But there was a hockey tournament, so there were alot of loud boys running around and causing alot of noise. But kids will be kids. Staff were understand and tried to accomodate us - we had two young kids and we were below a room that sounded as if the kids were jumping off a bed over and over lol"

"The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, we asked at the desk if they could give us different pillows and the girl working acted like we were asking her for something out of the ordinary. She called our room later to tell us that there were no other pillows in the hotel she could give us. The bed was also very uncomfortable. "

"Room were spacious and clean. All necessary supplies were stocked up. Location was great with many places to eat within walking distance."

"Lord nelson was great. Very accommodating when my flight was cancelled. Also provided me with all the bottled water i could drink. Great location too! I would definitely stay here again!"
