"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum. "The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"Wir hatten das Haus in Rodershausen im November 2024 mit 34 Personen für ein Familientreffen gemietet. Wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl, alles war perfekt vorbereitet (sogar Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeefilter und das Haus war bereits vorgeheizt. Alles drei haben wir schon anders kennengelernt). "The pictures were accurate but didn’t show how sparse the rooms were in reality. Big issue was bathrooms. Was not expecting toilets to be in same room as sinks, showers and tub BUT was expecting to be on the same floor. The toilets were on first floor and half flight up. The full bathrooms were on second and third floor. "
