"We were in building D in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. I thought the pictures made it look fresher and newer than it appeared in reality, but everything was exactly as described and it was a really economical option in an otherwise expensive resort. The kitchen had a dishwasher and enough crockery/pans but no baking trays for the oven, we had to use the grill pan. Massive fridge/freezer which was great. "Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...
