"We booked the property as we were attending a family wedding in the area and we are so glad we did. The location of the cottage is lovely, with a grassed area at the front and paddocks behind. My son was completely in love with the horses, and also enjoyed regular visits from residents dog Bella and cat Archie! "We stayed here as a family to celebrate my son’s 40th birthday and had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The bedrooms were lovely, beds comfortable and tv, kettle and coffee/ tea making supplies in each room. The welcome pack was very generous with a selection of goodies that made the children’s eyes light up. Maybe the kitchen/ lounge diner was smaller than photos suggested but met all our needs. We walked to the local Hare and hounds to eat which had a varied menu...
