Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. Sargassum seaweed, rough surf, broken coral, and rocks prevented us from going in the water. We went over to the Caribbean side, and it was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to swim in the calm, clear water.

"The Crane Resort is excellent looking ,Rooms are wonderful and huge. The Lobby furniture is sooo outdated though it got us scared as that was our 1st impression of the resort.
