Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. "Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "

"One night stay - it’s a short five minute walk from the train station which is a big plus. Excellent view of the lake and Hallstatt. Basic rooms with no AC but otherwise clean and tidy. "
"This place is just a place for sleeping.
The good part is that the room is big for more than 4 guests. Parking space is available.
But amenities are insufficient. For examples, there is no conditioner for hire and water temperature is low. Furnitures are a mixed bag. If not for on-site parking, I will try differently places for stay. "

"The location of the house is excellent. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, bakery, groceries, train station etc. The house is spacious and we especially enjoyed grilling. The host was very hospitable and extremely helpful. We would love to come back."
"I booked this apartment for the view and the price. The view was so amazing, almost the best in town I'll bet. This is an apartment, not a hotel, so don't expect amenities. (I did not). 2 bedrooms and a bath. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pictures are accurate. It was very humid when we stayed. A fan would have been a great addition..Communications with the property were very good. Someone in the cafe next door was very helpful with our questions. You do have to carry your luggage up the one steep flight of stairs. Apartment is a few steps to the city bus, approx 15 --20 minute walk to town (right on the lake). A market is across the street. LOVED our stay there."
