nice place
very clean and tidy, the staffs in reception also very kind! My room was very quite in most of time, only when sometimes there were some truck outside, then it was a little bit loud. I have to say I sleep very well during my stay! But the only backward was the location is not very close to the city center, you have to transfer but compared with the price and environment, it was good enough. Also there is a supermarket nearby.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren sehr nett und haben gute Tipps gegeben und bei allen Fragen sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenso das Bad. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos. Die Einrichtung, besonders des Entrée war sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel hat ein frisches, dynamisches und junges Konzept. Ich wurde mit einer Leichtigkeit empfangen, dass ich mich als Freund fühlte. Der Respekt und das Wohlwollen gaben mir das Gefühl dass ich ein besonderer Gast bin. Im Nachgang betrachtet war es das beste was ich auf vielen Reisen erlebte. Danke für die gute Zeit.

Unfreundlich und unverschämt
Beim Check in gab es ein Missverständnis, das dazu führte, dass uns, trotz mehrmaliger Hinweise unsererseits ein geringfügig zu niedriger Preis berechnet wurde. Der Umgang hiermit seitens des Personals und der Besitzer war hoch unsouverän. Unfreundlich, drohend, unverschämt. Auch untereinander wirkte das Personal unfreundlich und gestresst. Einer der Mitarbeiter war nett, tat mir aber leid, weil er abends komplett alleine verantwortlich ist für Rezeption, Theke und Essen. Kein angenehmer Ort, trotz nettem Ambiente.

Tolle Erfahrung! Positiv: Großes Zimmer (Einzelzimmer mit Vorzimmer / Walk-In Closet) Super Service! Nachtwache --> konnte um 0:30 einchecken! Bardame --> Extra-Freundlich Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Negativ --> Mein Zimmer im Hinterhaus hat keinen Aufzug. Das Gebäude selbst hat ein Dutzend Treppen um zum Eingang zu kommen. Dann muss man erneut im Haus Treppen steigen. Mit Gepäck ist es nicht so toll :-(
