Great location but the AC/heating unit was VERY loud, making sleeping difficult as it would startle every 15 minutes or so.

I don’t know where to begin. Windows in room where drilled shut, which seems unsafe in case of a fire, which lo and behold - the alarm went off and the hotel had to be evacuated. Suite had long black hair all in the cutlery drawers and bathroom. No hot water, not water pressure, no privacy I room, poorly stocked roomed, no cleaning the entire 5 days I was there. Rusty shower floor.
