Overall a good stay, but the room was almost 80 degrees F and without any air options and the window opening only 4 inches there wasn't any airflow. Pool was good, clean and well maintained. Staff was good overall.

because of system issues they send us to dirty room first and then they dont have any room available which results us to stay in two queens size bed as we got paid for king one

The hotel was lovely and clean and desk staff were very nice and accommodating! Only problem we had is there was a very noisy room late at night near us and it wasn’t handled as well or as quickly as it should have. But other than that the hotel was nice!
