Room was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you would need. Walking trail to the river and beautiful scenery. "1) You advertised this home would sleep 12. There were only two beds and two half bunks to sleep in. 2) The house smelled like it had a mouse infestation (collaborated by the numerous mouse traps we found set in the kitchen drawers, along with mouse turds in one.) No extra blankets to accommodate sleeping on the couches, so I slept in my clothes. At best the condition of the house would sleep 4 adults and 2 children. We had 6 adults and 2 children. "This was a wonderful cabin get away where we felt right at home. Everything was stocked (all toiletries) which made things so easy. We walked in to a radio softly playing and a bowl of candy, then shortly after a visit from the property owners pup who was the sweetest thing. Highly recommend! "

We would suggest: another shelf in the bathroom, a kleenex box, coffee creamer, pizza cutter, large cutting board (or something large enough to put pizza on), instructions about the front door lock. We loved the TV, the loft (except the wiggly ladder), the shower heads, the decor, the games, ooh! The fuzzy rug in the living room was TO DIE FOR. The heaters were great. Plus, it's super close to downtown hamilton.. it was clean and had about everything we needed!! "
