"C’est horrible, affreux ! Pas de climatisation, pas de serviettes, toilettes bloquées et sales. Chasse d’eau qui ne marchait pas, le robinet du lavabo est cassé, l’eau coulait toute la nuit, impossible de dormir ! On a trouvé deux cafards dans la chambre. Le personnel est mal poli et nous agressait quand on a insisté pour avoir des serviettes, ma femme a failli appelé la police ! Nous avons changé d’hotel car c’était AFFREUX, EFFRAYANT, HORRIBLE. "Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté "
