The door to the room is super heavy and someone with mobility issues may struggle to push it open or hold it open to get suitcases in or out. A list of available tv channels would be helpful. The house has beach front views and is very roomy with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It is a 5 minute walk to the shops which has an IGA , bakery, coffeehouse, information shop ,several restaurants and a pub. We had a meal at the pub , great atmosphere and food. "The property was difficult to find but once it was, it was good. The main front door had no lock. It had clearly been kicked in prior to me checking in as it was split through the door mechanism. However, the screen door did lock. There was still a feeling of insecurity though. Otherwise, the bedroom, kitchen and lounge were all clean. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"Large and spacious in a great locality. However, we found the stairs very steep, people who have mobility problems may not cope. Paying a premium nightly rate, in our opinion it was quite unreasonable to ask guests to water the plants & put the rubbish bins out into the street. A missing louvre in the ensuite meant we had to cover the gap with a bath towel to give us privacy from the lounge. No mention was made of this prior to arrival. Time of check in was a little confusing as we were informed...

The hotel had numerous of the Cradle Mountain walks starting near their reception as well as the shuttle bus to Ronnie Creek and Dove Lake being just over the road. They had the Highlander restaurant or the bar and bistro to eat at. The food was really great. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend staying at Peppers Cradle Mountain"

"Picturesque location was lovely. The sounds of the birds and wildlife was so calming. Cute decorations outside. The room had heated blankets! When we arrived late, the lights and heater had been left on for us which was very considerate as it was a cold night. Would definitely stay again if we come back. "
