"This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay...

"The house is very nice, I liked that each bedroom has its own color theme. The kitchen is beautiful. I had a huge group of friends stay over and they thought it was very nice. I had a little trouble figuring out the ceiling fan in some of the rooms. Also be careful with the rugs because they are on top of wood floors and they like to move. The host is very communicative which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall great place. The location was the best part...right on the ocean, right off the bridge, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery, and night life. We gave the house a four in a couple of areas because it just doesn't show as well as the pictures...overall it was surface clean, but it's definitely time for a deep clean (beach houses are tough with climate and sand...so some is understandable). My preference is that if it's pictured a certain way, it should be that way when you...

"We got together with our daughter and SIL Staff Sgt Hutton USAF to have a family outing before he transfers out to Las Vegas, NV. We got to spend quality time with our granddaughter Embry Rae! This place was spot on from the listing and Mr. Clint kept us informed from our booking to arrival! The weather was a little on the chilly side but a chilly day at the beach is better than any day at work! Definitely recommend Our Happy Place, we loved it!"
