Fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage is the perfect Summer vacation destination! Just short walk to Hampton's beautiful beach and many of Hampton's favorite restaurants and plentiful shopping. There's so much to do - you'll never be bored at the beach. Off-street parking for one vehicle is included along with plenty of public parking a short walk away. Included is a private porch that can double as a home office or reading room and a sunny deck with views of the ocean. Washer/dryer in the unit and tastefully decorated. Enjoyable, but needs a few repairs-
All in all our stay was enjoyable, but there were a few items that need to be fixed: 1. Front wood stairs needed repairs and there was no hand railing. 2. Sectional L-shaped sofa shown in pictures when we booked our stay was replaced by a loveseat, cutting available seating in half. 3. Mattress should be replaced-it is not very comfortable to sleep on. 4. Shower door magnets didn't keep shower door closed; medicine cabinet should be recessed to allow very narrow sink to be used for more than just hand washing. 5. Slider to deck was extremely difficult to open and slider screen had tears in it; curtains over slider are about 12 inches too long, and pose a tripping hazard when using the slider to go onto the deck.

Perfect location
This little cottage was walking distance to everything. It was a typical beach cottage, neat, clean and had what we needed for the week. It was so nice to be able to have our little dog with us, also.

Great cottage & location. Small. Only fits 2 people. Hot!! No AC in living room- only bedroom. Bed uncomfortable & hard. New tiny couch only fits 2 small adults or 2 children comfortably. Watch shelf above couch- positioned right at ur head height! And watch medicine cabinet in bathroom- no room to brush teeth without hitting ur head. Awkward remodel fixtures. Great island & kitchen. Glad we didn’t bring our dog. Small yard area that smelled like dog poop. Had blinds & curtains drawn due to heat. Outdoor area not really usable. Clean sheets. Stained towels & dusty curtains. Shower fan full of dust & black stuff! Shower good pressure. Easy walk to beach. Ceiling fans shaky, dusty, & low! Ouch!! Ok for 1 night for just sleeping.

Great location but cabin a little dumpy. Loose flooring throughout and loose boards on deck as well. Different smaller couch than advertised. No front windows lock at all which was a bit of a concern. AC unit smells after running for a bit.

We love this location. Have stayed in this area for 25 years
We have stayed in this area for 25 plus years and rented a unit next door on the property. This unit showed a L shaped couch in pictures. It was not there. Could use another chair in tv area since smaller couch has been installed. Unit has no ice cube trays and broom was hidden deep beside refrigerator. Also, Curtains over looking side deck really need to be hemmed 8-10 inches. Wall behind tv is thin and we could here neighbors tv over ours. Also, unit could use another AC, as it was a pretty warm week. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and looking forward to next year.

Great location!
Traveled with 4 adults and 3 dogs. I bit small for 4 adults but we made it work. Perfect spot for 2 with 2 small children. Wonderful neighborhood quiet and secure. 2 min walk to beach and store and great food. About 10 min walk to the heart of the strip. However if you walk past Lola's kitchen to get breakfast from somewhere else you have made a mistake. Freshest food around and Wonderful people. Lunch is the bomb too. Will be back.
