"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。 温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。  部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。 平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"

"ホテル花巻、紅葉館と3階の連絡通路で繋がっているので、3館の温泉を楽しめるのがいいです。ただし結構距離はあると思います。夕食、朝食共にビュッフェスタイルですが、夕食は品数も多くて和洋中あり、満足でした。朝食はルートインなどのビジネスホテルと大差ない内容です(違いはオムレツを作ってくれるのと、かに雑炊とアイスがあるくらいで、おかずはむしろ少ないと思います)。"
