Service und essen waren gut. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer war ca.30 Jahre alt und das Bett hat Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel und keine 130€ pro Nacht wert.

Buen hotel a las afueras de Hanau

Buen hotel, camas cómodas...como es habitual en Alemania, aunque tengas una cama doble, te ponen un edredón individual y no te hacen la cama. Las cortinas no son opacas, así que a partir de las 5 am ya hay mucha luz. Muy buen desayuno

Schöne Lage mit Garten und städtischer Kneipp-Einrichtung in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher, Aufschnitt und Käse etwas weniger Standard sein. Ein angenehmes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel liegt landschaftlich sehr schön und auch so dass man sehr schnell in der Altstadt ist. Es gibt nur einen Punkt, der wirklich negativ ist und das ist der Verkehrslärm. Wenn man draußen sitzt ist es sehr laut.

Quiet area 20 minute train to Frankfurt, beautiful surrounds, good hotel, service is excellent, could.improve the bathroom.cosmetics, bedding also could.be improved. Value hotel

Uheldig med dagen

Hyggelig opphold, men son privatpersoner ble vi ikke tatt vare på da det var ett stort bryllup på hotellet som betydde tydeligvis mer enn oss som enkelt personer. Det var 30 varmegrader og fikk ikke tilgang på terrassen som var forbeholdt bryllups gjestene. Synes ikke fikk valuat for pengene denne gangen.

I stayed for 3 days to attend a seminar in Hanau. Good option even though it´s a bit far from Congress Center. walking distance from good restaurants, room was fair but the restroom was very small. Friendly staff , fair breakfast

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht und es war ok. Alles sauber, jedoch bin ich kein Fan von Teppichen, die dann auch noch hell und empfindlich sind. Auch mag ich es nicht, in der Dusche schwarze Fugen zu haben oder in einem an zwei Stellen kaputtes, zum Teil geflicktes Laken zu schlafen. Dennoch haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Tolle Madratzen(leider Besucherritze) und weiche, dicke Federdecken. Das Frühstücksbüffet war klein aber lecker, Spiegel/Rührei mit Speck frisch zubereitet. Das Abendrestaurant war ok. Atmosphäre hat gefehlt. Sehr Hundefreundlich, dürfte sogar mit ins Restaurant und zum Frühstück. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns ganz gut gefallen, haben uns nicht viel im Hotel aufgehalten. Für einen Urlaub würde es nicht in Frage kommen. Ich weiß, dass 4 Sterne nur Servicesterne sind, denke jedoch, bei 4 Sternen einen gewissen Standart zu finden. Da geht auf jeden Fall noch was.
