"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "It was a very nice stay. Very private and away form the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean but the condition is a bit aged. Not very convenient as there are no amenities within walking distance but u can always call for taxi or grab easily. We left a jacket in the villa upon checkout and 2 hours after we checkout I received a email saying I left something and we were able to retrieve it. Overall it was a nice experience. "

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."

"The hotel is in a rural area so you will need to rent a car or be prepared to pay a bit more on taxis. Staff are friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. I also liked the bath and the balcony. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection and the room service menu is limited but I really enjoyed the one meal that I ordered. There are better and cheaper day spas in Chiang Mai so I probably wouldn't use that service again. The resort booked a tour for me and it was smooth and easy....

"Once we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed. We were greeted by smiling faces and welcomed like family - in fact check in was almost non-existent and after a long drive, it was wonderful to be taken straight to our room to relax.
