"The service was incredibly professional yet also friendly and kind. That’s a hard needle to thread. The hotel is lovely. The location could only be more perfect with an ocean view, but was lovely as it was. The breakfast each morning was amazing! They are super helpful at each stage of the trip from booking, to negotiating Chilean customs, to recommending tours and restaurants to making you feel at ease. "One thing I really liked about this place was it’s literally walking distance from the airport, about two blocks away. The transfer company had my flight wrong so didn’t show up, and I really wanted to get to the hotel to use the pool, so I walked, and it was fine. They actually let me into my room early, which was very kind, and let me check out late because I was coming back from a beach excursion and wanted to have a shower. Erika was incredibly welcoming and always made sure her guests were taken care of and was an excellent resource when it came to knowledge of the island and offered very good rates as a guide which was required to visit most places on the island.
