"在服務台CHECK IN,找了5分鐘也找不到我的預訂,服務員竟然傾向問我是否有訂,講HOTEL.COM佢聽唔明(無培訓?) 最後她的另一位同事找到,她解釋說我打中文名字找不到,原來你是用英文預定(大哥身份證中國人都係中文英文,你還想有那種語言,中文無就好自然打英文啦).已經火火地 比訂金要我比3千,3千你唔係呀?總價住2晚先2千元,你要我比3千,得,如果係你公司規定我都會比,但你原因竟然係話而家未查到你比晒錢未,大哥比晒啦比埋信息你睇啦,你仲想點,你埋EMAIL你睇話金數已付,你都仲係要屈我2千,我問平時比幾錢,佢話1000,我就唔出聲,佢就係咁嬲我比2千,之後會退番比你,大哥我夠知啦,問題係唔憤氣嗎,點解我會比多D,我做錯咩?跟住佢有粒高級少少既人出來了解最後都係比左1千按金. 跟住入房,好激氣,收三個人錢,比二張床,用品全部二個人,火都來,之後朋友去廁所,個廁所都仲有尿未沖廁,仲要塞埋,毛巾一條都無,打電話叫服務台又三吹四請,打5,6次先送齊所有用品,都未講完,不過都唔想再講,簡直垃圾,賓館不如!!!!!如果評分係10分滿分,我會評負一千分!!"

"service should be trained upto global standard, partners I am using the same standard of other Sharaton Hotel in key cities. Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. In terms of condition, I have to point out the shower facility, which I would like to use handy shower but the forest shower is keep watering on the top. For breakfast, the option is...

"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "
