隔音設備不佳，房內很多電動壞掉，窗簾電動不能按，請勿打擾也壞。早餐普通。唯一是房間很乾淨，交通便利，附近走路可達的餐廳都非常好吃

Great location in city centre. The bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to the Hangzhou Fashion Wholesalers market with buildings of factory outlets. We got offered a free upgrade to floor 15 with excellent view. Staff friendly and super efficient. The cafe at level 10 offers the best panoramic view of the West Lake. I sat there with mum and watched sunset. The buffet breakfast was nice. I made a decent flat white with the espresso machine and hot milk from the back of the dining hall. Which I think tastes better than Starbucks in Hangzhou. Overall, very nice experience. Will stay again in the future.

Location is good. No air conditioning and it’s very hot inside the roomt. Breakfast was good. Housecleaning did not replenish toiletries and did not sweep floor.

I stayed in this hotel with my parents and my daughter for two nights. They all liked this hotel a lot. The location is super, with a lot of great restaurants nearby and very close to west lake. The free breakfast has many choices and we enjoyed that. And we got free upgrade for the room.

雖然訂的是非吸煙房，但是到了飯店，才知道只有行政樓層是禁煙房，但是味道處理的非常乾淨，，感覺不出不是禁煙房，早餐非常豐盛

This hotel is not linked up with Expedia

We arrived 4am at the hotel and was told that this hotel NO LONGER WORKS WITH EXPEDIA. A lot of hassle to get through to what needs to be done. Really disappointing experience to start off with... However the hotel staff constantly tried to make it up to us which we appreciate. Air conditioning in the hotel is not ventilated well, constantly feeling hot. Location is great, right in the middle of city. Very convenient.
