We found a dead bed bug under our covers. Yes, at least it was dead but not happy at the thought of bringing any live ones home. I will not stay there again.

The hall and room smelled and looked clean! When I looked in our room's bathroom, there was a dark brown bath mat laying in the tub. I have never seen a bath mat in a motel room, so maybe a prior renter left it. When I picked it up, it was slimy and a little moldy on underside. We had a second room for a relative, and their room did not have a bath mat in the bathtub.

Convenient place to stay when in Monroe City. The place was clean, the bed firm and pretty quiet all night long. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't say about that aspect.

Old property that is not well kept. Tears in the carpet and furniture. Ice machine empty. Staff not friendly. The counter in the bathroom was broken. The room smelled bad.

Was a good quick stay! My only cons are the place should be renovated a bit, maybe have a more comfortable bed but overall it was a nice little stay!

Dead Cockroach as soon as I arrived in the room. Dust all over the bathroom vent as well as the filter for the room’s AC. shower curtain had molds. Overall, very dirty.

Where they say the desk is open till midnight on here or 24 hours on Google, it's not, we had to sleep in our car for the first night of our vacation, but still had to pay for that night. On top of that, we got checked in the next day excited for a shower only to find mold all over the shower curtain and dingy looking towels which never got replaced the whole stay. We woke up the next morning to find ants on all of our stuff including the bed, food, and sealed water bottles. Overall very poor hotel, would not recommend.

Don’t stay here!
I was not very good, the hotel is run down, only one light for the whole parking lot, parking was good otherwise. Several of the exit doors were out of order. The room had ants, the a/c unit leaks onto the floor so there was a poodle of water our whole stay, the door was in horrible condition from the water draining on it all the time. You’re happy and you know, the faucet and shower had the hot and cold reversed. in my opinion, the hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled, and I would recommend Hotels.com to remove them from their website until they do so.

The room was clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. But the included breakfast was meager. It consisted of waffles, white bread for toast, two types of cereal for kids, very small packaged coffee cake squares, regular coffee, but no decaf, no fruit, no bagels or any other extras.
