I stayed at this hotel for seven days for a "workation". Since I had to work remotely for my job in Japan, I wanted to be particular about my room. The first room I was assigned had a view of the lake, but it was partially obstructed by the walls of other rooms, which was a bit disappointing. So, I decided to ask the hotel staff if I could switch to a room with a wider view of the lake. They kindly accommodated my request by the afternoon of the same day. Later, the manager even called to check on my stay, which made me feel well taken care of. The hotel's breakfast and restaurant were excellent. I also ordered in-room dining several times, and both the delivery timing and the quality of the food were impeccable, making for a very satisfying experience. I would love to stay here again next year.
