This property is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Close walking to everything you need to see in Hanoi. The pool was lovely after a long hot day.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. When booking tours and requesting for hotel pick up, they always indicate that your hotel needs to be with the old quarters of which La Siesta Classic is. Everyone here, from the cleaning ladies, doormen, front desk, servers at Red Bean are all so courteous and so helpful. We were able to save on expensive data fees from our local provider by purchasing data sims at th3 front desk. They also suggested places to go and where to eat. First time travellers will be stress free staying at this hotel, not only because of it's convenient location but for all the staff here.
