The service here is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. They check you in with a nice little beverage and then they provide you with a sheet of local recommendations which was great because I was honestly a little unprepared.They reached out several times asking to book our airport shuttle to the hotel. They also made extra effort to book our airport shuttle back to the airport even after we had been checked out of the hotel for two days, upon our return from a cruise. Also, spoken English by the staff is VERY good here so there is no concern of miscommunication.

At the center of Hanoi old district, I was able to walk Hoan Kiam lake, train street, the cathedral and other tourist attractions. The hotel facility is very convenient and cozy (i.e., hot water is available at shower in less than a second). The view from the roof top is also recommended.

Hotel is in the ancient city and walkable to most of the key places. Lost a star as the shower/bathtub design is not great and basically drowns the entire bathroom floor each time you shower. Otherwise, great little boutique hotel with a great breakfast (limited choices but always fresh and good).

The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. On our last day, we were waiting for our transportation and the front desk staff was lovely. She gave us snacks while we waited and waved us goodbye while we drove off!

What a wonderful stay we had! This was our first time at Hanoi and staying here with Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel & Spa was the right choice! The staff esp Carter and Mia and the other front desk staff were the best! They helped us book our tours to Halong Bay which was so much fun! They also helped with our transportation and gave us great recommendations on where to eat! The breakfast was also delicious and this place is so convenient! Thank You for making our stay wonderful!

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is conveniently located and easily walkable to all the important attractions around Hanoi. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful to any questions we have. Room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Feels wonderful to come back to a nice, cosy, comfortable room after a whole day out in the Hanoi heat in September.

Mia and Thanh were great. Always helpful and knowledgable. The Hotel is immaculate, beautiful and the staff quick to help or take care of any requests. The food delicious with an ample free breakfast. The area is in the French quarter, so there are tons of shops, and the lake area beautiful and a short walk. Lots of street venders and on the weekends they shut down the adjacent roads and fill the streets with vendors. The only issue I had is that the bath tub's design causes it to leak water on the floor if you take a shower. This is easily remedied with 2 strategically placed towels. The A/C is awesome and if you're not used to the heat you'll appreciate it. I have stayed here twice on my recent trip and I'd stay a third time. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Le Chanvre Was very lovely. The location is very convenient. The distance to all the major seethings are 10-15 minutes walking. We were welcome by Mia and makes us felt at home. She is amazing helping us in our of our needs. All the staff from the front desk, maids, bartenders, doorman, etc are very polite and friendly. We are staying again next Saturday before we leave Hanoi.

Incredible stay at a beautifully decorated modern hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful for our entire stay, providing services and information from the moment we turned up to their lobby and short notice. Staff were super friendly, my room was nice, hotel is in great location. Rooftop pool is small, but fine. Only 2 sun deck chairs, but a bigger area for the rooftop bar. I only marked them down on their use of small plastic bottles for shampoo / conditioner etc. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Hanoi. Wonderful staff who did all they could for us. Room was clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Lovely roof top pool with good views across the city. Location really good for the old town and hop on hop off bus tours.

Top class Hotel (felt like a small resort) and Top class Service From the decor, comfort, room, amenities, location, food, hotel staffs Everything is just perfect, will stay at this hotel again if we have a chance Employees: Employees are very well trained, from top to bottom. Help you with any questions or tip in Hanoi. Open the door for you when you come in or leave. Press the elevator buttons for you. Room clean can be requested every day. They clean top to bottom (including vacuum and change the bed sheets) Employees never get in the elevator with you, they all wait for the next one (even the elevator is empty and you ask them to come in no problem) The hotel General manager welcomes you with a welcome note with his/her contact on it shows how much he or she cares Room: Room felt luxurious with fine luxury furnitures. Huge king bed with tall headboard.
